Advantage ONE™ ADA Tactile Detectable Warning products have been designed for all interior accessibility solutions. Advantage ONE™ Tactile indicators are machined from a solid piece of 316L Marine Grade Stainless Steel, which has proven to be an aesthetically pleasing, strong, and durable material. Advantage ONE™ incorporates an integral texture in the stainless steel for permanent slip resistance. Our products have undergone a rigorous series of tests to ensure that they meet guidelines developed by the ADA.

Replaceable Cast in Place tiles are easily installed directly into wet set concrete and feature our industry-leading replaceability feature. These ADA tiles are perfect for projects which require long term, low-cost ADA compliant tiles. All our Replaceable Cast in Place tiles are lightweight yet durable for all wet set concrete installations. This detectable warning tile meets all ADA requirements and is a reliable choice for any project. These tiles are the ideal choice for long-term sidewalk tile installation.
Surface Applied Tiles
Our Surface Applied tiles (retrofit ADA tile) are designed to install on top of any existing cured concrete surface where the implementation of a tactile detectable warning is required. Tile installation includes the use of our Tactile Bond and surface applied adhesive along with tamper proof stainless-steel Axius® Fasters for long-term durability. The Surface Applied tile offers a simple, more cost-effective alternative to wet set Cast in Place tiles; when the only requirement is to include ADA compliant tiles on an existing concrete surface where all other accessibility requirements are present. Surface Applied tiles can be easily cut, allowing the installer flexibility when dealing with unforeseen site conditions; cutting the tiles does not void the warranty.
