Saino Sliding Service Doors Model 61000
Our service doors are engineered for durability and reliability in environments with high usage. Available in single slide or center parting configurations, these doors offer a clean appearance and ensure a positive seal through the use of perimeter casings and panel mounting gasketing. Ideal for applications in pharmaceutical processing plants, electronic manufacturing facilities, hospitals, and commercial buildings.

Superior Construction
- Door Panel: Constructed with 18 gauge cold rolled face sheets bonded to a Kraft honeycomb core and 18 gauge interior channels. Optional cores include fiberglass and urethane for enhanced insulation and durability.
- Door Finish: The panel surface is prime painted with high-quality gray rust-resistant paint. Optional finishes include galvanized with prime paint or stainless steel for additional protection and aesthetic appeal.
- Capping Channels: Assembled with 14 gauge capping channel and a 10 gauge bottom guide roller channel for added strength and stability.
- Pull Handles: Flush pull handles on both sides permit easy manual operation, providing convenience and ease of use.

- Trackhood: The standard trackhood is constructed from 18 gauge carbon steel, prime painted with high-quality gray rust-resistant paint for long-lasting durability.

Saino Sliding Service Doors Model 3100
Overview
The Model 3100 service door is an excellent choice where high usage or easy operation is a must. It offers options that will satisfy almost any non-labeled sliding door requirement. Applications include warehouse doors, doors with high wind load, or wall openings that provide access to oversize manufacturing equipment. Available in single slide or center parting configurations.
Features
CONSTRUCTION
Door Panel – The modular panel is constructed with Kraft honeycomb core securely bonded to 18 gauge cold rolled face sheets and utilizes 18 gauge interior channels. Panels over 52” wide are connected with surface applied splice plates for easy installation.
Door Finish – The door is shipped prime painted with a high quality rust resistant paint. Optional finishes include galvanized with prime paint or stainless steel.
Capping Channels – Panels are assembled with 14 gauge capping channel and 10 gauge bottom guide roller channel.
Pull handles – Flush pull handles on both sides permits easy manual operation.
Track Hardware – Doors are equipped with the patented Easy Roll hardware system, which offers the lowest friction of any service door. The system is consists of 2” x 2” x 3/8” angle track, heavy-duty hangers with 3/8” x 3-1/2” hanger frames, 5-1/4” diameter wheels and precision ball bearings.
Optional Track Hood – Is 18 gauge carbon steel prime painted with a high quality rust resistant paint available in stainless steel.
Optional Dual Durometer Blade Weatherstripping – provides an excellent seal.
Optional Mortised Lock – Offers a finished look with casual security and allows the door to unlock from either side.
Optional Slotted Binder, Hasp and Staple Lock – Allows a padlock on the same side the door is mounted on.
Optional Vision Panels – 1/4” thick plexiglass vision panels provide clear visibility.

Overview
The Model 1100 is an economical manual sliding door available in single slide or center parting configurations. Model 1100 offers options that will satisfy almost any non-labeled sliding door requirement. Applications include warehouse doors, doors with high wind load, or wall openings that provide access to oversize manufacturing equipment.

Pull handles – Flush pull handles on both sides permit easy manual operation.
Box Track - Doors are equipped with a standard 14 gauge box track for manual operation. Heavy duty hardware for large openings or motorized hardware is available. Adjustable track brackets compensate for walls that are not even.
