The GOBIE hanging magnet was designed to be strong yet economical.
The two 4.5”x4.5” housings placed side by side create a magnet that can “reach” further downward, able to pickup debris from greater heights.
The Gobie has a strong magnetic field with a Maximum lifting height of 11” inches using a 2 ½ inch nail. (We use a 2 ½” nail to measure maximum lifting heights of all of our sweepers because it is a standard well know item familiar to customers. Keep in mind the maximum lifting heights will vary depending upon the shape and ferrous content of the items you are trying to pickup)

The Gobie can hang from almost any piece of equipment as long as it doesn’t hit the ground all the time.
Comes in 15 different sizes (widths) from 14” inches to 98” inches, in 6” inch increments.
The Gobie comes with 4 stabilizing/hanging chains and 8 quick clips to mount the Gobie.
To ensure Gobie’s performance pickup power long term, the Gobie utilizes permanently charged grade C8 Ceramic magnets that will never need to be recharged.

The Gobie is available in 15 different sizes!
The Gobie comes in 15 different sweeping widths of 14″, 20″, 26″ 32″, 38″, 44″, 50″, 56″, 62″, 68″, 74″, 80″, 86″, 92″, 98″ to accommodate many different uses.
As a hanging magnet, the Gobie has no specific requirements to ensure FIT. You should however, take a look at the CAD files showing overall dimensions of width and height to ensure the Gobie will work with your intended mounting position.
To accommodate mounting of the Gobie it may be necessary for the purchaser to buy one of the available hanging bracket accessories. As an alternative, the purchaser can themselves design and build a suspension frame. Guidance on the design of such a frame and the mounting points is provided in the Gobie Assembly and Installation Instructions
Powerful Pickup Performance
The GOBIE utilizes permanently charged C8 Ceramic Magnets to provide a strong magnetic field with a maximum lifting height of 11” using a two and a half inch nail.
The GOBIE will pick up a 2 ½” nail when the bottom of the magnet is 11” off the ground providing plenty of pickup power performance.
The Gobie has a suggested sweeping/suspension height of 1 to 5”. It is recommended to suspend the Gobie as low as possible in all circumstances so that the bottom of the magnet is not contacting the ground or anything underneath it.

Add Optional hanging bracket accessories to make mounting easy
If you have a 2” inch receiver on either the front or rear of your vehicle you can mount a Gobie using Hanging Bracket A or B (check the Hanging Bracket Selection Chart and FIT Guidelines to determine which based on the size of GOBIE you choose), and the 2” inch Receiver Mount Bracket. These accessories are available for purchase and will be recommended accessories when you checkout.
If you have a flat steel bumper as on many commercial trucks as shown in the picture you can mount a Gobie using Hanging Bracket A or B (check the Hanging Bracket Selection Chart and FIT Guidelines to determine which based on the size of Gobie you choose), and Bumper Mount Bracket A.
If you have a 2.5” inch receiver on either the front or rear of your vehicle you can mount a Gobie using Hanging Bracket A or B, the 2” inch Receiver Mount Bracket and the 2.5” to 2” inch Steel Receiver Adaptor Sleeve accessory.
