INCOM Manufacturing Group was started in 1975 in the small southern Ontario town of Watertown. The original mix of products was focused on material handling and packaging equipment, including pallet jacks, hand trucks, box makers and carton sealing tapes.
As the company continued to grow moves to larger and larger facilities followed, while the product offering continued to expand. With improved distribution our customer base continued to expand country wide. Our product shifted into a broad array of stock safety identification and tape products sold through our distribution partners globally.
In 1993, INCOM purchased the current head office location in Ancaster, Ontario. This building has been renovated and modified to suite our business needs with an expansion taking place in 2006.
INCOM (USA) was opened in Niagara Falls, NY in 1994 to better serve our expanding US customer base. Over the following years we moved twice, ending with our current facility in Wheatfield, NY. This location offers warehousing and tape converting capacities.
To improve our service levels to the western US we announced the opening of our distribution and tape converting facility in Irvine, CA in early 2016. From this location in Orange County we are able to serve the greater Los Angeles “will call” market and the 13 western states.
