Dock lifts, also known as scissor dock lifts, provide dock positions with the flexibility to bridge the gap from warehouse floor to trailer bed, while also equipping the dock with the ability to lower materials to the ground without the use of a ramp or grade-line door.

LRL Hydraulic Dock Lift
The LRL Hydraulic Loading Dock Lift by Rite-Hite is designed to provide a safer workplace for workers in shipping and receiving dock areas. Operated by a pendant control station, the LRL helps provide safe and secure access from dock to truck and yard access for hand trucks.

The Rite-Hite LRL is an easy to operate mix of hydraulic loading dock scissor lift operation and manual lift lip positioning. This dock lift is ideal for facilities such as traditional shipping and receiving that use hand truck material transferring applications for truck heights coming in below dock. Operating features include:
- Twin Hydraulic Cylinders allow for efficient service to standard and below truck bed heights.
- Constant Contact Push-Button Activation allows operation by a single dock attendant for simpler and safer functionality.
- Dock Lift Lip is manually lowered by chain with the option to lay either the full lip into the trailer bed or one of the dual lips for smaller truck sizes.
Safety & Design
The LRL scissor lift design offers faster and easier installation, a variety of safety features and versatile loading / unloading through unique structural integrity resulting in increased stability.
- Factory Complete Units are shipped directly from the factory and provide for fast, economical installation as no additional assembly is required at the facility.
- Extra Wide Base Frame helps provide superior stability with high tensile structural tube scissor legs; allowing for increased side-loading capacity.
- Standard Handrails are installed to the left and righthand side of the leveler for improved employee safety. In addition, the dock lift is equipped with 8-foot tapered toe guards on all sides.

The Rite-Hite Dual-Dok is the only dock leveler in the industry that offers the functionality of both a scissor lift and, at the push of a button, switches to regular pit style leveler; helping increase productivity with fewer dock positions.

Safety & Security
The Rite-Hite Dual-Dok Scissor Lift Dock Leveler provides numerous features to keep personnel, equipment, and the facility safe and secure.
- Emergency Pull Chain Operation provides the ability to lower the leveler from the raised position, in the event of a power outage.
- Lift Mode Pendant allows the operator to control the leveler from warehouse dock height and yard without the assistance of additional personnel.
- Front Bellows secure the facility by closing off the front of the leveler, as the pit runs the height of the loading dock door to the ground.
- Under-Leveler Insulation (optional) helps prevent condensation from forming on the leveler deck (AKA Sweating Slab Syndrome) and accidental slipping of personnel or equipment. This can be an issue in the event of extreme warm or cold weather, where outside air enters under the leveler and encounters the difference of inside temperature.
LOMASTER™ Stationary - DL
Typically, a dock lift will cost 1/3 the price of a fork lift truck and will have a quick and favorable payback when compared to the long-term cost associated with operating a forklift and manually loading / off-loading a trailer. The LoMaster™ Stationary Dock Lift will also greatly reduce handling costs, cargo damage and employee injury common to vertical transfer operations.

Quality construction and loading versatility
The LoMaster™ Dock Lift DL Series is engineered to increase efficiency and safety in loading / unloading trucks and trailers. These versatile units can be mounted in a pit or anchored to a concrete pad, wherever the site requires.
A full-length deck beam ensures maximum support, and solid plate steel legs support maximum rigidity. The precision safety velocity fuses on the hydraulic cylinders limit platform free-fall. Each dock lift comes equipped with handrails, a 4" (102 mm) kick plate, and a barrier chain across each end.

LOMASTER™ Low Profile - S
In the event you find the cost of forming a concrete pit/pad expensive, an economical solution is a LoMaster™ S-Series Semi-Portable Dock Lift. The unit is installed at the dock face and mounted on locating cradles and wear plates. With its extremely low profile, the LoMaster™ S Series provides added versatility for ground level loading or unloading operations.
Available in rated capacities of 4,000 to 6,000lbs (1,818 to 2,727kgs)

Quality construction and loading versatility
The same high quality construction features found in the stationary models are incorporated into all LoMaster™ S Series lifts. Each lift cylinder is encased in a weather-resistant, all steel housing. Precision velocity fuses on each hydraulic cylinder eliminates platform free-fall. All hard chromed pivot points are fitted with lifetime-lubricated bearings or Teflon coated bronze bushings. Indicator sensor bars and high visibility striping provide four sided toe protection. Sturdy steel handrails with 4" (107 mm) kick plate and barrier chains on both ends provide added operator safety. An 18" (457 mm) long lip with lifting chain on the rolling end is standard.
