With their flat surfaced sides and doors the Commercial Series bins are also well suited for advertising or public service information, signage or wraps.  The advertising could be a revenue generator, and the public service info could be used for streetscape enhancements.  The wraps or signage also provide additional protection for the bins.

All of the Commercial Series bins have animal resistant lids or chutes that can have bear resistant latches, or can come without latches for those places where being bear resistant isn’t a requirement.  The Broot lids can have gas shocks for safer operation, or can just close using gravity.  In addition to keeping wildlife out, the lids keep the elements out as well. This will prevent garbage from being blown around, and rain from making it too heavy for waste collection staff.
