Inside Sales Representative (Order Desk)

As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You’ll start on the order desk, handling inquiries, processing orders, and assisting with showroom merchandising. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn our product lines and business operations, laying the foundation for future growth into an Account Manager position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers and answer phone inquiries.
  • Advise customers on product usage, maintenance, and specialized services.
  • Manage computerized inventory and order processing systems.
  • Maintain current sales accounts while actively pursuing new business.
  • Support the Outside Sales/Account Managers by sourcing and preparing quotes.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing support and consultation.

Account Manager (Sales)

For those with proven experience in sales and account management, we are also seeking an Account Manager to represent our extensive product and equipment lines. In this role, you’ll manage existing accounts and actively pursue new business within a specified territory. You’ll be responsible for understanding client needs and recommending the best solutions from our wide range of offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and grow sales accounts within the designated territory.
  • Set appointments, manage your schedule efficiently, and build lasting customer relationships.
  • Learn and apply technical product information to meet client needs.
  • Analyze sales leads and develop strategies to maximize opportunities.
  • Work independently, exercising sound business judgment and discretion.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in an industrial or commercial setting.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and disciplined to succeed.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM systems is an asset.
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the sales area.
