Equipment World Rentals is seeking a customer service-focused individual to join our team as a Rental Desk Representative.
Working in a dynamic team environment, the Rental Desk Representative responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Assisting clients with reservations via phone, e-mail and in-person
- Assessing customer needs and making appropriate recommendations
- Managing client contracts through the SIRIUS software, outlook etc.
- Coordinating with warehouse and yard employees to fulfill check-ins/outs
- Learning different product lines to assist customers with rental and sales inquiries
- Troubleshooting and providing outstanding customer service
Skills and Qualifications:
- Customer service experience and a positive attitude
- High degree of computer proficiency
- Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
- Knowledge of Heavy Equipment is an asset

Dayshift - Mon thru Fri, Weekends as needed (8am to 1pm)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
