Location: 1185 Roland St. Thunder Bay, ON
Contract: 5 Months (with possibility for extension or permanency)
Reports to: Tents and Events Manager and Supervisors
What You’ll Be Doing:
From elegant weddings to high-energy corporate events, you’ll be at the heart of it all!
Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:
- Assist with on-site set up/take down of tent and other event rentals
- Assist in the maintenance and organization of all Tents and Events spaces (warehouse, vehicles, kitchen, linen room and showroom)
- Assist with general care of tents and other rentals equipment (including washing, patching, cleaning, basic repairs – Preventative Maintenance etc)
- Ensure rental products are prepared and or delivered in a timely manner
- Ensure that the items listed on the renter's contract are delivered and accurate
- Assist with retrieving, loading and unloading of rental products and equipment
- Assist with completing post-rental inspections using inspection forms and follow up on any damage, problems or customer charge back
- Acting in accordance with safety policies and procedures
- Contribute to overall success of the company
- Actively contribute to team environment

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Seasonal
Contract length: 5 months
Pay: $17.20 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 37.5 per week
