Equipment World - Thunder Bay is seeking an organized accounting professional to assist accounting team. This position offers flexible work hours, ranging from 30-40 hours per week, between 8 am – 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
The Accounts Payable Administrator reports to the Comptroller and is responsible for assisting with Accounts Payable and General Accounting as required. Some of the duties for this position include:
Accounts Payable – freight invoicing – coding and data entry
Accounts Payable - invoice processing
Un-invoiced receipts and credit verification
Authorise and Code employee expenses, reconcile visa and fuel statements, towing and employee allowance receipts
Assist with creating and processing purchase orders
Identification and resolution of AP discrepancies
Prepare various accounting related reports as needed
Interact with suppliers, coworkers, management and customers via phone, electronic mail, and in person
Act as vacation coverage when needed
