Rentals Coordinator

Locations: Sudbury

The Rentals Coordinator is an integral part of both the warehouse and service departments. This position is responsible for managing multiple record systems accurately, processing financial reports such as purchase orders and requisitions, maintaining the parts inventory and maintenance schedule as needed; Receiving stock, organizing orders, recording customer information and performing inspections on equipment diligently to maintain upkeep. This individual is responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service and should be very organized, able to multitask effectively and uphold a high standard of work in a stressful, high paced environment. Knowledge of mechanics is an asset.
