The Territory Managers report to the Branch Manager, and are responsible for developing and maintaining a customer base. They will represent the company in the community and maintain Equipment World Inc.’s commitment to outstanding customer service in their everyday duties and responsibilities.
Each Sales Rep. is responsible to maintain current sales accounts while actively pursuing new business within a specified geographical territory by assessing client's needs/resources in order to recommend the appropriate goods and services. In addition, Sales Reps. will be expected to provide product knowledge and training while adapting to innovative and expanding market conditions. The successful candidate will begin earning commissions based on sales figures in addition to base salary after completion of the probation period and will report sales figures on a monthly basis to the management team.
Seeking individuals who demonstrate leadership skills, attention to detail, networking skills, problem solving capabilities and are self-motivated. Sales background is a must, preferably in an industrial or mechanical setting.
Regional travel to the surrounding areas is required.
